The Drum – Oasis opens online booking service My Personal Stylist to offer shoppers in-store advice
Fashion retailer Oasis has opened an online booking service, designed to let online customers book in-store personal shopping appointments 24 hours a day.
The My Personal Stylist service lets visitors to Oasis’ website book a consultation with a personal stylist in 15 stores across the UK and Ireland.
It also lets each store control its own calendar and allows them to manage their styllists’ timetables and arrange appointments convenient to both Oasis and the customer.
Briony Garbett, head of customer experience and e-commerce at Oasis, said the service reflects the retailer’s attitude when it comes to implementing omnichannel experiences.
